James Edward "Jim" Wicht, II, 67, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Monday, March 5, 2012 at VNA Charlier Hospice Center. Jim was born in Evansville, Indiana on December 29, 1944 to the late James Edward, Sr. and Dorothy (Carlisle) Wicht. He worked at Whirlpool as a Buyer, and later worked at Yankeetown Dock as a Supervisor until his retirement after 20 years. Jim is survived by his loving companion of 19 years, Barbara Hessler of Evansville, IN, daughter, Christina Wicht of Frankfort, KY, son, James Edward Wicht, III of Washington, DC, and 2 grandsons. Jim is preceded in death by his parents. No services will be held at Browning Funeral Home.
