Melissa Joan (Young) Harbison, 76, of Evansville, IN, passed away Friday, February 5, 2010 at Deaconess Hospital.
Melissa was a wonderful mom and homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed fishing and playing cards. Melissa attended Christian Fellowship Church and was a member of BSF.

Daughters, Karen Waddell (Mike) of Evansville, IN, Julie Taylor (Kenny) of Mt. Vernon, IN; Jim Harbison (Karen) of Haubstadt, IN; Sisters, Sarah Harrell of Maryland; Valada Thomas of Evansville, IN; Brothers, Amos Young (Velma) of Evansville, IN, Jimmy Young (Betty) of Evansville, IN, Noah Young of Indianapolis, IN; Grandchildren, Nicholas Waddell, Stephan Waddell, Amy Willcox (James), Chris Taylor, Isaiah Harbison (Jill); Step-Grandchildren, Chris Waddell, Scott Waddell, Josh Waddell; Great-Grandchildren, Aaron and Hailey Waddell and Alex Willcox.
Melissa is preceded in death by her husband in 2001, James Harbison, parents, Paul and Caroline (Roettger) Young, sister, Eloise Young, brother, Willard Young.
Private graveside services will be held at Susott Cemetery.
