Elisabeth (Ott) Reingardt, 76, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Deaconess Hospice Care Center.

Elisabeth was born in West Germany on August 7, 1935 to Johann and Amalia (Hornig) Ott. She moved to the United States in 1957 and became a proud citizen of this country in the late 1980's. She enjoyed completing 3D puzzles and crocheting. Elisabeth was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be deeply missed.

Elisabeth is survived by her daughters, Connie Allbritton of Evansville, IN, Patricia Carty (Jack) of Sycamore, IL, Heidi Haire (Don) of Evansville, IN, sons, Roy Reingardt III of Aurora, IL, Danny Reingardt (Paula) of Newark, IL, Ronnie Reingardt (Candi) of Evansville, IN, brothers, Roland and Christian Ott, 32 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.

Elisabeth is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Penny Reingardt, sister, Amalia Louise Ott, brother, Johann Ott, and the father of her children, Roy Reingardt, Jr.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Avenue.

Friends may visit from 3:00 PM until service time on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Browning Funeral Home.
