Lora Lee (Koonce) Mangold, 83, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012, (which was her mother's birthday) at Deaconess Hospital.

Lora Lee was born in Evansville, Indiana on September 30, 1928 to Arthur Lee and Susie (Pate) Koonce. She worked at Sam's Club as a "Demo-Lady" for 22 years and had worked at Royal Supermarket for 17 years. Lora Lee was a member of Old North Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling with her family and had visited all fifty states as well as Canada.

Lora Lee is survived by her husband of 66 years, William "Bill" W. Mangold of Evansville, IN; son, William A. Mangold (LaVerne) of Huntingburg, IN; daughters, Carol A. Mangold of Evansville, IN; Doris L. Mangold of Evansville, IN; Pamela J. Zoph (James) of Mt. Vernon, IN; sister, Peggy Bilderback of Powderly, KY; grandchildren, Kristi Meyer of Princeton, IN; Kathy Brown (Brian) of Russellville, KY; seven great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.

Lora Lee is preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, LeeAnn Kissel.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, April 27, 2012 at Browning Funeral Home; 738 Diamond Ave. with Pastor Mike Monahan officiating. Burial will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 4:00 pm until 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 26, 2012 and from 9:00 until 10:00 AM Friday at Browning Funeral Home.
